Most of the peasants who lived on the medieval manor were called serfs or villains. They were usually born in slavery and used to live in dab huts. Most of the lands were used by serfs for cultivation but they had to pay knights a percentage of their cultivation as a payment for using the land. They used o work the land in long narrow strips rather than in large blocks. The medieval pheasants were not well educated and spent their life in puberty.
