A great civil rights dispute happened during that period by NAACP. Du Bois with some of the African American intellects formed this NAACP in 1905.
They fought for the civil rights and respect of the African American peoples. It was a big achievement for the NAACP when the Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional to look discrimination in education. Since they had a series of successful lawsuits to remove the segregation from its roots.
