For those that have there state closed down-according to the governor: Do you think your state should be reopened? Everything was supposed to reopen first week in April but the opening were bumped out? WHY??

Answers

Answer 1

I currently live in Southern California, where we are currently not on lockdown, I wish that we do soon as I have not heard of many states that are forced on lockdown. California is soaring with cases especially in Los Angeles, yet they haven't closed down my city as I am living within the Los Angeles County

Sorry about that rant

Yes, our lives were told that they would be back to normal within a few to a couple of weeks. They are only doing this for the sake of our health, so if you can stay home, if you don't want to stay home try to entertain yourself with some productivity. I joined brainly for the sake of quarantine, but in other words please stay home, we'll be out in 4 weeks if 80% of the world is in their house and isn't near anyone who is physically unwell.

Answer 2

Why is the right to refuse health care important?

Answers

Because patients have a responsibility to make the health care choices they prefer.

The right to refuse health care is important for a number of reasons, including:

AutonomyInformed consentQuality of lifeReligious beliefs

The right to refuse health care is important for a number of reasons, including:

Autonomy: It is a fundamental human right to have control over one's own body and to make decisions about one's own health care. This includes the right to refuse treatment, even if that treatment is life-saving.

Informed consent: Patients have the right to be informed about all of their treatment options and the risks and benefits of each option. This right is meaningless if patients do not have the right to refuse treatment.

Quality of life: Some treatments may have serious side effects or may be incompatible with a patient's desired quality of life. Patients should have the right to refuse treatment if they believe that it would not be in their best interests.

Religious beliefs: Some people have religious beliefs that prevent them from receiving certain types of medical treatment. For example, some religions prohibit blood transfusions. Patients should have the right to refuse treatment if it is in conflict with their religious beliefs.

The right to refuse health care is not absolute. There are some exceptions, such as when a patient is a danger to themselves or others or when a minor child needs medical care to survive. However, the general principle is that patients have the right to make their own decisions about their own health care.
