Bonjour
"My computer has an issue in its engine."
word for word => Mon ordinateur a un problème avec son moteur.
In French, we would change the sentence into =>
Le moteur de mon ordinateur a un problème.
It depends also what you mean by "engine" .. Is it a specific program, a search engine, a policy engine, a business engine....
It coud change the translation with "La programmation" , "Le moteur de recherche" for example ... "Engine" may have several translation in this case
