In simple terms this means that most of the behaviours that we practice or have learnt do not come from our own trial and error but it is a repeat of the behaviours which have already been established by others before us.
A person will always evaluate the behaviour that they can adopt from others depending on the consequences of that behaviour that is being learnt.
